Selling this here 1979 MSA Classic SS D 10, 8 pedals and 5 levers with an Emmons setup. E's on the left. RKL raises 1, RKR lowers 2 and 9. Vertical currently raises 7 and lowers 2 a whole, but I can change it over to a 5 and 10 lower or whatever you prefer. It has standard C6 pedal changes, with RKL raising 4 and RKL raising 3. Again these can be easily swapped. Two George L 10-1's . I just took the changers apart, cleaned them, polished the axles and re lubricated.Plays smoothly with good positive stops. I bought this steel from the original owner's son. It served me well the past three years. It's a workhorse and travels surprisingly well- it's significantly lighter than the other MSA models of the era, but still built like a tank. Basically it's an average weight D10. Stays in tune well. 3 up 3 down changer. Comes with the original case which is a little rough but functional. This would make a great first D10. Sonically it holds its own too- it's got a full bodied, lively tone. I'm asking $1800. I'm driving to the Northeast from New Orleans in a few days and can potentially deliver to you on the way to avoid shipping.
