Just want to give a big shout out to Todd Clinesmith. I recently received this wonderful cast aluminum beauty. It plays and sounds like a dream. Looks pretty cool too!
Great work, Todd!

Beautiful! I have the frypan...I wonder about the differences in the pickups. I've only heard nice things about these sort and to hear Mike Neer and others play them, it sounds pretty nice to my ear. _________________ Waikīkī, at night when the shadows are falling

3 months not bad. At this age it’s a blink of an eye. |

Congrats to this beauty. I must say that after getting used to it my Clinesmith (Frypan) really improved my playing. Last weekend I played my D-8 Stringmaster again and I realized that it just doesn't work for me anymore. _________________ My YT channel: www.youtube.com/user/madsteffen |

My Clinesmith guitars are amazing craftsmanship. They play and sound splendid. I am in awe every time I pick up my Clinesmith A25 frypan.
I do like to restore my old guitars, and in doing such it has given me an appreciation for how great Todd's guitars are built. Everything and every detail is perfect. The amount of labor that goes into creating this type of thing has to be quite hefty.
The price tag is low for what you get from him. It even has a case!
If you can purchase one, I'd highly recommend it. _________________ Steve Marinak |

I know the feeling...honestly I should probably sell mine (T, as often as I play it. I generally prefer the tone on my Magnatone D8 and the CS sounds the best of all to me. But I do have a hard time getting rid of guitars and that T8 was my first "real" steel guitar... _________________ Waikīkī, at night when the shadows are falling

I just sold my first steel, a Fender Deluxe 8 (Stringmaster style). I just wasn't using it. _________________ Steve Marinak |

Yes, I feel the same connection with this new guitar. A really well-made instrument can truly inspire more practicing and better overall playing. |
