Johnie, I don't think I've ever heard of a "Girl Scout Model" Emmons before. What is that? Does it come with mint cookies (I hope so!)

Aluminum shelf weight 2.30 pounds very light weight but very sturdy!!!!

Pad is aluminum with matching guitar Formica
Weight is two pounds has hole for storage of tuner wrench.

Pad or no pad takes a few seconds to install an detach finger tight works using too threaded nylon nuts.

That being said these are great guitars. I play one that's been modified to a 4 and 4 and I take it over pro model Push Pulls every day.
And and Johnie does great work and I recommend buying from him

This GS steel changer bolts on with two 10/ 32 threaded screws with a nut on bottom of cabinet an that’s a aluminum neck your looking at on my pictures that I made for this Gs steel.
Admittedly the add says bolt on aluminum neck because that’s what she is after I put lip stick on a Gs Emmons pig..
