Old Blood Noise Endeavors REVER Reverb / Delay pedal ?
I’ve got a chance to swap for my RV 5 and some cash for one of these, but don’t have the opportunity to give it a thorough testing given today’s conditions.
Anyone have a chance to use one of these for steel ? I’m not sure the “reverse†function would be of any value, as I don’t know what it is... I’m thinking that’s more for “ambient†sounds, which I’m unlikely to need.
My needs are for a more traditional Reverb/Delay.
Looking for an upgrade from my RV3, which is still getting it done when I need a pedal.
Thanks,
Steve |

I know nothing about this maker or this device, but found this link on youtube.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YnBtyRuElg
Almost all sound clips you find on youtube are maximized toward a favorable response and some have other devices in the chain.
This one appears to be uncluttered and what I hear sounds really good.
Watch the sections on how the reverse effect is temporarily employed.
Of course, one need not use the reverse function if not desired.
I see it's not listed on their current product page if that's of any conern.
It appears to be about 3X the cost of the RV3, more or less. |

Thanks Jerry, I saw the video. Much of what this pedal does isn’t needed for traditional steel.
I’m trying to decide if it would be an upgrade from my RV3, given that I don’t need all the ambient sound capabilities.
Thanks again. |
