Check with Herb Steiner - he use to have two courses of songs, with tabs, sample tracks, and backing tracks (IIRC) called "Swingin' On E9." They are not currently listed on his website, but perhaps he can do a digital version for you? I know at one point he had all the songs available digitally.

Doug Jernigan sells a course called Swinging E9th. No dvd but it comes with tab and a cd. Its very good and Doug is as nice a guy as you'd ever meet. |
