These guitars sell new for $479. I got this one (used) cheap because of the large chip on the underside. You don't see it till you flip it over. I've been kind of intrigued by these guitars since they first appeared on the market. Yes, it's Chinese made but it has: an interesting and appealing shape, nice finish, padded case, active humbucker, decent tuners, 22.5" scale, wide string spacing, string-through body with a correct lap steel bridge. Plus it's 8 string! Stays in tune. Electronics work fine. Gain is about the same as I'd expect from a passive pickup though so I'm not sure what the point is with the active pickup. There is a mid-boost pot on the circuit board inside but I never fooled with it. Easy access for battery replacement. Don't forget to unplug the guitar cable so it doesn't drain though. Currently tuned to C6, high G.
Spacing is approx 7/16" at the bridge and 3/8" at the nut. There are things that I really like about the wide spacing but ultimately decided that I prefer it a little narrower so I'm offering this guitar on the forum for what I have in it. $175 + shipping. Send your zip code for a shipping quote.
