Back in the 70s when I had my first PSG, I had a leather bag that zipped up and had a loop made of leather to hold my picks/bars. You could hang it off your tuning keys. I have seen a pic of Lloyd Green with one hung on his tuning keys and was wondering if anyone knows if they are still available and where. |

Speedy West made Lloyds case and gave it to him several years ago.
I had always wanted one but wasn't sure where it came from. A couple of days ago, I stumbled onto this and confirmed it with Lloyd this is the case. It is the perfect size for bar and picks. It comes unfinished and un-tooled. :Bold highlight mine.:

Here's the entire thread from which came Charley's post.
Somewhere in there, it is noted that amazon.com has them in kit form too.

I supplied you with a link to the Lloyd pick case that you asked about in an earlier post.
These are not like that, but I'll post mine here along with the other keyhead hangers.
They are split leather with a snap closure and punched to hang on the keyhead.
The plain one is $10, the laced are $15 plus postage.

Thanks for all the responses. I have been out of pocket so sorry for the late response. The leather one is like what I had...used to buy them at the 5 and dime in town...just knd of nostalgic to me...that's been about 47 years! I have also seen the ones from Sharp Covers. She has made me a cover for my Nashville 112 and my guitar. I am probably going to need one for another amp so I may get one from her. Thank you all for your help! |

I made mine when I was first learning to carve leather way back when. Wish my tools and supplies weren't in storage or I could help you out.

At one time I was going to start making those.
That is until I learned the cost of the tooling tools!
