Wiring a Converted SD-10

Forumites, I have an SD-10 that was converted from a D-10. I'd like to keep the switch plate. I'm eliminating the volume knob. I'm trying to wire the switch so that the A position is direct to the jack, the B position is to the tone knob then to jack and position C is off. Any help would be great.
