Any recommendations on sources for a clamp shelf or something to hold my tuner and effects? |

A small clamp on music stand (the type designed for mic stand application) may work. |

You might check the Photography/Camera section on ebay they have a lot of clamps an swivels for doing mounting and clamping to legs.

I put my pedals & stuff on my case, which is standing at a 90 degree angle to my steel on the volume pedal side. Only pic I have, but you can see the case to my right on the floor.
