Recently purchased a Magnum D10 remotely from Guitar Center. Neither they nor I realized the 8th pedal was missing. I have been looking for replacement parts but have not been successful. Any ideas?

Are you sure? Ten pedals on a Magnum would be extraordinarily unusual.

I've never seen a 10th pedal on a typical D10. Most have 8 floors and 4 knees although additional knee levers are common. Are you certain there ever was a 10th pedal? Pictures would help.

Al Brisco at Steel Guitar Canada bought all the Carter parts when they folded. Carter made Magnum, but I don’t know if pedals were similar. I’d start there and then try Jim Palenscar at Steel Guitars of North County, just because he seems to have nearly everything.

Both can be reached through links at the top of this page.

Thanks, I'll give them a try. I didn't realize Carter was out of business. I just knew I was unable to contact them.I understand they did make the Magnum D10 as a lower cost version of their higher instrument

Jim Palenscar did not have any parts and recommended Al Brisco. Al said all Magnum pedal parts are gone but the Carter pedal should fit. Thanks, been looking for a while.

Magnum and Carter are the same guitar, and used the same pedals and knee levers.

I remember that Magnum, white/grey powder coated, right?

I think there was a forum member who played it in the store it was originally offered for sale at and wrote about it here or asked questions.
