Micky D had a version on his old website. You can access all of his tab now as a zip file here. This is a rather large file - 133MB, and includes both Tab for E9 and C6, and samples of him playing them. I find his tab excellent:

Just find an accurate chord chart , the melody lies right on the open chords !
