Hello,
I hope you are all well and spending quality time with your lap steels in these strange times.
My friend Sam Walker in England (with whom I have done several tours with across Europe over the years) is making home videos instead of a cancelled tour, and this week he asked me to play some lap steel on one of his songs. So I recorded my bits - 1939 Vega lap steel and some fretless ukulele bass - here in Berlin and Sam put it all together:

A spontaneous and nice thing to do in these times of isolation. Hope you will enjoy it!
Stay healthy!
All the best from Berlin,

Fred has the Vega replaced the New Yorkers, as you had a few a while back.
Regards & Thanks for the music.

I really like that steel solo. Mellow and in the pocket. |
