While listening to this album, I hear some steel guitar in the backup musicians. Anyone know who played the steel on this great album?
Thanks,
RG

I have this record.I am fairly certain there is no steel guitar on this record. I’m pretty sure it’s all Les Paul playing Hawaiian guitar type chords and using his Bigsby tremolo bar to simulate Hawaiian style glissando. He was that good and it fits his sense of humor! If anyone has proof otherwise I’ll stand corrected.
