Hand built Weissenborn style guitar from my shop. Solid ash body, ambrosia maple fretboard, maple inlaid frets. Wenge headplate. Black limba neck graft. MOP inlays. Walnut bridge, ebony pins with abalone dots, solid brass saddle. Ash/walnut binding. Traditional rope rosette, alternating rope endgraft. Non pore-filled lacquer finish. Includes new padded gig bag. $875 plus $25 shipped to lower 48 states. Paypal accepted.

Very pretty Weiss, Jack. I’m curious about tone/sound. Ash is a common choice as solid wood electric guitars. How does it line up on acoustics (vs. mahogany, koa, maple etc).
For example, ” if a player likes the tone of (name of your fave tone wood combos), they will like ash on this axe.’
