I am looking for the person who had the D-8 Rick PEDAL steel in the Telonics room at the Dallas show last weekend.

I have a S-8 Pedal Rick.

If anyone knows who this is please pm me.

Pardon my ignorance, but I didn't realise Rickenbacker ever made pedal guitars - although not many by the sound of it.

Don't worry about it - I have been keeping up with steel guitars for more than 50 years - I never hear of them either until I found mind on E-bay. If you check out Rick website they made a few ??? in the 60's ??

Jack Mooney was a Canadian steeler. His Rick has 10 strings in the front and 8 strings in the rear. I'm not sure what the pedals did, but he did not appear to be using pedals in the record album. He passed away several years ago. This guitar came up for sale about 10 years ago in Canada. I believe it had been refinished.
