I hope I'm not alone when I say that there are some records in my life, mostly the early ones like Beatles, Rolling Stones etc, that after listening to a track, I know what song comes next. This phenomenon occurs still today.
I put on the great Salute To Buddy Emmons to play along to, starting with Wild Mountain Thyme and when it was over Rainbows All Over Your was ringing in my ears. So I went on trying to copy JayDee's licks.
Thank you Steve Fishell for putting together this album!

I agree, Joachim; you are not alone in that regard. The Big E is a wonderful album. Hats off to Steve Fishell. |

Thanks Jack! It's maybe of the Byrds Wild Mountain Thyme and John B.Sebastian's first solo album that these two songs connect so well. _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |
