About 35 years ago I was playing in a dive in Creswell Oregon. You know the type: Hand painted sign "Live music Sat. nite". I was fiddling and there was a really nice pedal steel player there called big Al.. Very big guy..I was 6'+ and 260 at the time and he towered over me. He moved to Florida and wrote back that he was gigging daily and had found a home.... Many moons ago but if anybody knew or knows of him please yell.
