Apache written by Jerry Lordan and recorded in the UK in 1960 by the instrumental group the Shadows. Just testing the nashville pickup fitted to the instrument. Played through a little Yamaha THR5A directly via USB into a Windows computer with the supplied Yamaha software. Gretsch G9231 Resonator guitar tuned EBDGBD low to high. Backing track courtesy of YouTube.

Very nice Mike! I am a fan of your work. So Mike, do you have plans in the future to put a "face" with the guitar? I see in your video you are getting closer. Very Happy

Nice job, Mike. You're helping to keep this great tune alive! I especially like the harmonics.

Thanks Bill, Not sure about the face at the moment but I have being getting comments about my shirts......I think if my face was showing I would lose my shirt appreciation society Very Happy !
Thanks Doug, I remember this tune as probably the one that made me want to play the guitar .......Then the Beatles came and I just had to play the guitar. I can tell looking at the video I just made it with the harmonics! Very Happy
Thank you Joe!

Nice combination of looseness and excellent bar control; well played classic tune, Mike!
