Check this out. So far, it's real cheap. Looks like it may have been submerged at some point.

Wow! An intriguing mess. I ALMOST went for it but have enough “rescue animals” in my shop. Thanks for the info, Jim.

I wonder how well those pedals play, being that far off the ground. It's sad to see a 'Bud in that bad of shape. Hopefully someone can buy and restore it.

Are the good parts worth $305 + $100 shipping? Maybe? The whole guitar is best described in 3 words......To Far Gone.

That seller has another Maverick for sale as well.
In either case I foresee disappointed buyers.

i have fixed 100s of guitars over the decades. that instrument has for sure been water logged at one time. you can see the finish all checked with small lacquer cracks, you can also see the rout where the front inlay is how its separated.

it can probably be played again, but with all water damaged instruments, you never know whats going to move or de-laminate down the road.

someone will take a chance on the guitar or the parts. hope it can be made to play again.

I saw it and almost bid on it then started to take a really close look at it. The right end piece has suffered bad electrolysis corrosion, to the point that all of the polishing in the world is not going to help.
Then the separation on the left side. By the time you finished, you could have purchased one and put a couple of bucks in your pocket to boot. Someone purchased it and then I saw it relisted. No thanks!

Boy...sold for $400, relisted and sold again for $610! Should we take bets on a third listing? Someone has a job on their hands.
