I have printed out a note layout of the 10 string E9th tuning. I used to play a lot by music on regular guitar and have now taken up the pedal steel. While there is a lot of information out there in the tab format, I found there wasn't a lot for notation.
I created this layout for myself and then it was suggested that I offer it to anyone else that wanted it. I did it in AutoCad and it is made to be printed on a 24 by 36 sheet of paper. If you wanted a printout I'm sure that are lots of print shops that can print the file.
I have done it in a PDF format so it is easy for people to read. If you would like the original AutoCad file just email me and I will sent it along to you.
If anyone fines errors or other points they think I should add please let me know and I will upload the modified version
Here is the link to google drive that will allow you to look and download the file if you like.

Chris, Thanks for the nice chart. I pondered how to incorporate musical notation on the chart I posted recently. This is a great accompaniment for that chart.

This seems an misappropriate place to mention that I wrote a short article about how to read music on the E9 neck, which I will send for free to anybody who requests it.
Please request it in an E-mail and not in a PM, so I can attach the file to the reply.
My method is not quick and easy. It requires some serious studying. But it works. If you do what I wrote, and learn what I an trying to teach, you will be able to read music on the steel. _________________ Please visit my web site and Soundcloud page and listen to the music posted there.
