Hate to bother you guys but, where do you get replacement strings for a volume pedal ?
Just had one break in my back up pedal. It’s an Ernie Ball pedal, if that makes a difference.

Most music stores stock them. They are a pain to replace so I recommend watching a you tube video on the process. Several online music stores have them too.

These are different then other VP's and there are several models of Ernie Ball VP's. I would recommend comparing your model to this site, then check for an EB dealer in your area with their locater button.

You must have a string that will not stretch. I have never tried it, but I wonder if round shoe laces would work. Also, I have seen brick masons string that looks like it might work. I have only needed string once in 50 years and I got it from Tom Bradshaw.

If any of you need a new volume pedal string, I keep a large roll.

You pay the $1 postage in the lower 48 and I will send you a piece.

The Ernie Ball strings are 2 different lengths- one for the Junior and one for the standard. While other strings may work using a bit of ingenuity, I suggest using the original strings as they are looped and designed to fit the pedal.
