I'm still cleaning out from our move last year.

I've come across 2 sets of BJ Chrome Picks that I had in storage.
A little discoloration due to age.

I have been using 2 sets of these same picks for over 30 years and they will last the rest of my lifetime, so someone needs these great picks.

I've seen so many people wanting these on the forum.
So the only way I know to do this fairly is to accept bids. (I cleared this with b0b first).

I'm not much into bidding, but I think this is the fair way to handle this.
So here is the way it will work.
NO ONE can get both sets. So I will try to make 2 people happy.

I have seen prices all over the place for these (when they ever show up for sale).

So I will accept ONE BID per person only up until Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020 at Noon CST to the following email address ONLY (no Private Messages) joycebill2009@gmail.com
No phone calls please.

At noon on Tuesday, 2/11/20, I will pick the highest 2 bidders and contact them via the email address they used in the bid for payment via PayPal. Buyer pays shipping via USPS Priority Mail. $9 in the lower 48. Who knows how much for overseas.

I will then close this thread.

Happy "Picking"

Thanks to those of you that have sent bids.

Now, I have had several phone calls and emails to my regular email address, wanting to buy these picks outright.
Some for prices I can't believe.

However, I set this up as a bidding process to be fair to all.

As I stated earlier, email bids only to joycebill2009@gmail.com.
I will select the highest bid.

If there are duplicate bids for the same amount, the earliest email gets the picks.

thanks,
Bill

This is kind of like a silent auction. Everybody gets one shot.

Would you be willing to post the selling price, just as a point of information for the future? By that I mean, what price did they bring?

I can't see it would hurt anything but of course it is your choice.

Actually, I don't like selling this way because, someone is going to get upset with me sooner or later.

But these picks were in such hot demand, I wanted to be as fair as I knew how.

And I made 2 people very happy.
