Can anyone recommend a good effects pedal for the steel to simulate the fiddle? _________________ If I hear it,I'm gonna try to steel it |

Electro-Harmonix has a Pedal called the Mel 9 that has a strings setting.

The cello setting on the Mel9 is decent to get fiddle noises, but not fast stuff. It's "strings" (string section) setting is the only one I found useful. Got rid of it (needed money to move). _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
