Tomorrow I set out for Scotland, London, and Paris. I have the good fortune to attend two of the concerts of The Transatlantic Sessions which include Jerry Douglas, Sierra Hull, and Tommy Emmanuel.....one of the concerts is in Glasgow and the other one is in London.....needles to say (but I'll say it anyway)….I'm very, very excited.....some photos of past sessions:
After 10 days in Scotland and London I take the Chunnel to Paris for 5 days and meet with Bertrand, the builder/owner of Meloduende Guitars....he built a 7 string metal body Weiss for me last year that I named "Dark Sister"....after a legendary sword in Game Of Thrones....beautiful sounding acoustic electric that I'll post about in detail when I return...…

From 2005 when I loaned Jerry Douglas one of my National New Yorkers for one of his cd covers......I also made his wife a hat.....
