I believe that's Randle Currie of Brad Paisley's band. There's a bit better shot behind Brad at one point.

It's definitely Randle. They were backed by Brad's band, The Drama Kings, which consists of Kendall Marcy-keyboards, Justin Williamson-fiddle, Gary Hooker-rhythm guitar, Kenny Lewis-bass, Randle Currie-steel guitar, and Ben Sesar-drums. Randle's been Brad's steel player since late 2000, and before Randle joined the band, Jim Heffernan was in the band, playing a ZumSteel. Randle plays a Franklin D-10
