It appears that the OP is asking for a Buck Owens CONCERT, WITH Tom Brumley.
I went to YT.
I saw a few clips of Buck (and Don) in concert, but without TB. One was with Jay Dee.
There are also several clips of TV appearances that were probably live, in the studio, with TB. However, I'm not sure I'd call them "concerts".
So unless somebody turns up something else...... |

This is a gold mine of vintage steel guitar clips from old tv shows (after the ISGC bit). There's a section with a bunch of clips of Tom with the Buckaroos, which starts at 27 mins in.

| Not a concert, but there's a bunch of Buck's TV shows under 'Buck Owens Ranch' on youtube. Tom is in most of those. |
