I have attempted everything I know to tune the E-Eb knee lever. The 4th string will not drop to Eb, and the 8th string tunes in. Just bought this Emmons # 456L. A double neck refitted to a single neck, with 4 pedal 4 knee lever. I could use a little help please. _________________ Randy Lefebvre

Make sure the split tuning allen screw is backed out enough. |

It can help tremendously if you turn the guitar over and simply look at what's happening. Is the raise finger on that string moving when you're actuating the lower? |

Yes the fingers move, the cross rod moves, and the bellcranks move. Just can't tune the 4th string from the E - Eb for the drop _________________ Randy Lefebvre

What John Swain said. The split tuning screws are the counter sunk hex screws above the nylon tuners |
