Do you need different settings for a Pro-Fex2,if you are using a 12inch speaker,instead of 15inch.

Not in my opinion. I use one with a NV112 as well as a NV400. A little different sound of course but not because of the profex but because of the amp. Your mileage may vary.

I find that the bass may have to be changed and I do alter the eq depending on what amp I'm using at the time. I believe Jeff was using the Peavey E112 cabinets in stereo when these settings were developed. For me I have altered almost every setting due to the delays, reverb and the eq.
