Deleting messages in My inbox

I had about ten messages in My inbox and when I selected "delete all" I got a DEBUG message.
I returned to the inbox and deleted one message and it worked fine I then tried two messages and it was ok then when I tried three I got the debug message again.I continued deleting messages singly with no problem but the final message in the box will not delete. I keep get the Debug message.
