I bought this over the summer to play some un miced outdoor gigs.
It’s a power amp in a pretty package meant for use with modeler/multi effects units or stand alone preamps.
I got a good sound with just a tech21 blonde and a Reverb pedal in front and I imagine it would be a good match for any number of popular pre amps like the Sarno V8 or revelation.
Anyway mint condition weighs about 8 pounds with lots of clean warm power.
385.00shipped in original shipping box.

I believe it has a tube pre-amp/input circuit, no?

I wish I could say there where some tubes involved but am 99% sure there not.
These where a very limited run like 6 or 8 and I dealt directly with Tim when I got it.
Perhaps he’ll see this and provide any further info.
My impression is it’s very similar to the power amps Seymour Duncan is currently making.
I used it with the line out on my Milkman the Amp to effectively double the power and as noted with a tech21 blonde.
So your preference in preamps or modelers.
High end preamps of course would be best but you could pair it with the new tech21 fly rig for example and have a pretty cool economical Set up.
Lots of possibilities
