Are the end plates on an Emmons SKH casted or machined from a solid piece? _________________ If you succeed in cheating someone, don't think that the person is a fool. It's just that the person trusted you far more than you deserved. |

Gary, they are cast. I have a 1984 SKH like yours, and it is a great playing and sounding guitar. |

Thanks for the reply Roy. I've been told that the necks on a SKH is cast also. That must be why they sound so good. Mine has that Emmons growl, and I love it. I am finally getting mine changed over to the Emmons set-up from the Day set-up, so I am not going to be selling it. _________________ If you succeed in cheating someone, don't think that the person is a fool.
