Anybody had a chance to run a pedal steel through the Iridium yet? Looks interesting... |

That unit was just release a week ago, so not many folks have one yet. Maybe you can buy one and do the first review for PSG Jim! |

i have a few strymon pedals and love them. i've seen the various video reviews and i've decided that i don't need it.
if you gig and weight is of concern then this may be the ticket for you as it has an amp function and a cabinet function. running thru a cab or the PA would work very well. it is modelling but strymon uses high quality chips and other parts in them for a really good sound.
i don't gig anymore and i have amps as well as a way to go thru an audio interface direct and then change the sound via software, if i wish to.

The Strymon Iridium is really good. I've had it for a week and had a shoot out with some other cab devices and it won out. Nice for recording at home at reasonable volume. _________________ Singer-songwriter, author, composer and full-time musician, ie: poor! <g> |
