Here is a project I did for my pal Billy Knowles. It came to me as a very damaged and beat up body covered in some sort of paint on the underside with the normal breaks behind the changer. It's re-Mica with Stone Red and dark gray flocking. I also added a hard rock maple pedal stop bar as it was already torn down to the bare bones.

I am personally loving this red! See what you think

Although black is my favorite mica color, they just fade into the background on stage. Bright red visually pops in a live gig soundstage situation.

Nice work (as usual), Mike

Looking forward to the Finished pictures

I am loving this Bright Cherry Red Mike but as someone else said Black is my color of guitar. But I might be convinced to concede a little bit. Just got back a Classic Black 1982 P/P that my friend Henry Matthews completely tore down and rebuilt the under carriage, what a work of art. He knows his stuff. Plays like butter and yet has that feel you want to feel. Plus also Henry plays the fire out of a P/P. If you ever get the chance to here him do it. He is a AWESOME player. J.R. Rose
