This tune called "April's Fool" should be on every steel players picking list. Such a great melody and fits the steel guitar perfectly. It's a very short sample I did.

Yessir Ron! April's Fool by Ray Price is a great tune. I know Buddy Emmons had an instrumental of it on one of his CD's. Beautiful movement and chord changes.

I've tried to do it a couple times when I was doing steel shows. Seems like no one knew it though.

It's a shame it didn't work in your post. Maybe you can re-visit your cloud entry and re-post it for everybody.

I'm anxious to hear Ron's version. I've heard several people play this tune, but thus far here's my favorite. He makes this look so easy.

It should be fixed now. I had to change it to public vs. private.
