| They are fairly easy to make. As I've needed them for different projects in the past, I've made my own,,,,a spring, a couple pair of needle nose pliers,,and viola,,!!! |

Other than these, I'm not aware of any place to buy them. You can make them from Music Wire which can be purchased from McMaster Carr. I think I used .031 but I'd have to look to be sure.

If you actually know of a source for the correct type and size, do share it with your Fo-Bros please. I've searched far and wide for these, ones that actually will work, purchased a few to try out. There are lots of similar items out there that are close, but I've never found one the correct size for a tight fit on a 0.109" rod. Most are larger, and two-sided on what would be the bell crank end, and without the correct offset as in the pic below, requiring some modification.

| sorry, I don't have a part number or specifics, but I'll see what I can find out..I have a loose one I can take to the parts house next time I'm in town. PSGparts does have the spring type..pull rod retainers, pg.3..even a push nut would work if you could find one shallow enough.. |

I have these made by the thousands. The original carburator style clip that Sho~Bud used is not to be found. David Jackson told me that they had them special made and when the run was done the supplier said that he'd never make those again.
I too have searched far and wide for a carburator clip that would work but they just don't make them that small in either an SAE or metric size.
To make one yourself is a bigger PIA than buying them.
