| I do not know where to post this question, but I have an MSA U12 The Universal serial number is 1C7143, I am curious when it was built, if anyone can answer I would appreciate it. |

Probably better listed under Pedal Steel, unless you're selling it.

Not sure, but you can certainly just start a new thread under Pedal Steel with the same question.
In the Subject line of this one, you could add 'please close', and change your original message to 'moved to pedal steel'.
You might also find a delete button for your original thread - hit the 'edit' button on the right.

Modify your initial TITLE to say please close as the mods probably dont search every thread.

From Reese Anderson:
Serial number 1C7143 shows to be an emerald green single 12 which left the factory with 7 pedals and 5 knee levers. It was originally shipped to David Deratany. The date of completion was not entered into record.
The universal is gonna be around 1980 +- 3 years ish.
