Man, Lionel has hit it out of the park with this new album of Monk tunes. So expertly played and with a killer rhythm section (what a pianist!) and great arrangements. If you are a jazz-fan who especially likes the quirky sounds of Thelonius Monk, you gotta check this album out at: https://lionelwendling.bandcamp.com/

By the way, while you're there, listen to Lionel's Western Swing album too. It's fantastic, with just awesome soloists on everything and great steel playing by Lionel. Don't miss it!

Sound great, cool arrangements on old classic Monk.
Very nice playing.
