New to the forum, ordered a Mullens Discovery, four pedals, five knee levers, trying to decided if I should go ahead and have them put split tunning on it as well. Any advice??? So eager to get it. |

The price list shows an additional $150 for the splits feature and an additional $300 for the extra pedal and lever so that's putting the price up there, but for me....if I'm able to afford the extra $150, I'd want the splits personally.
I particularly use the heck out of the 6th string split. There are other ways this feature can be used on the 9th, 5th, even 4th strings. I'm thinking Mullen taps the entire bar and facilitates splits for all 10 strings.
If you added this, I think you would have just about anything you could want on a single 10.
So, if I were ordering this guitar using your money, I'd opt for the splits.
Welcome to the forum Terry and happy pickin' |
