I have a very old, I'm guessing early 80's, MXR phaser pedal that I bought new and used it very little. It does not work, only makes a loud hum like a bad ground. Before tossing it in the trash, does anybody have any ideas? I don't think it's worthless. I remember reading about somebody in KY, I think called pedalman, that buys up old pedals. Anybody know who I am talking about and how to get in touch with him.

Don't toss it....mxr parts are hard to find.
CAE Sound 650 348 2737 works on MXR's from the 80's.
Also analogman might buy it for parts.
or put it on ebay for donor parts.
Good luck my friend
