Been waiting for almost two years for my picks.

Don't think I'll ever get them, but won't be ordering
anything else that's for sure. Really too bad.

I believe they announced that they weren't going to be able to get the picks and were supposed to refund the pre orders and I think one guy actually got his money back but I sure haven't.

No picks, no replies to multiple emails and phone calls and no refund... At least they stopped sending me the annoying sales emails that reminded me about this...

Brother you might as well forget about them picks like the rest of us, I have, and stupid me I tried them again, 4 items I ordered through paypal 3 months ago, got half of one item and the other three items never showed and they were ordered at the same time. I new Jeff & Fran personally and if they new this kind of business was going on with the business they built up over the years they would roll over in there graves, this is a kick in the face to there name's, there reputations and there years of hard work helping thousands of pedal steel player over the years of past. You should be ashamed with the way you handle this business, you won't answer the phone, you won't return our calls and I have sent close to a dozen emails and you won't reply BUT you will sure take an order and take our money and don't even try to satisfy the customers. I sure hope you get to see this post. Gary Arnold

Gary, you are in the window of time to dispute the PayPal charge, the pick orders aren’t.

I have had two claims with paypal and been turned down because Melissa says they have a tracking no that says it was delivered but I never got my picks or my money back then dummy me I made another order when she had 50% of the "Wood Shed" items. I ordered 3 of them and Jeff's 30 intro at the same time and only received Jeff's Intros book. I have the receipts but what good does that do ???????????? I have sent 12 emails and called the same amount of times. No calls returned and no replys by email, I have sent them my name, address, my cell # and my email address and what the problem is on there web page. I know I'm not the only forum member that has been ripped off. I know it's not a lot of money but it's the principle of the thing. What I want to know is why is she able to advertise on the forum and keep on ripping us off. I knew Jeff & Fran personally and there is no way they would have pulled this on the "PSG" family. We should all file a claim and all that money we have all lost should say something. This is stealing, when you sale something to a person, take there money and just forget about it is mail fraud and that is a federal charge if you advertise on the internet. Bob why is she steel able to post on this forum ????????????

John paypal told me that Mellisa says she has a tracking # and it was delivered and it was not, that is what you call a bald face lie.

Dang! Two years? What's she thinking? "Oh as long as the monetary amount is small people will say screw it it"s not worth the trouble and headache to pursue it."???
Pitiful because Jeff and Fran were such good people and the educational materials are first class I understand.

I may be the only forumite to be refunded for a pick order. It took a claim w/ the TN Atty General’s office. If anyone wants to take the time to do the process online, it’s not too bad. You just need a business address & contact info, which I have if anyone wants to go down that road. Otherwise, cut your losses. She’s been jacking people around and then “god bless”-ing them for two years now.

Gary Arnold,
Get on the live help link on PayPal and tell them you need to dispute the closing of your file because although you received some items, your order which was delivered was not complete. They should reopen your case. Then they give her some time to respond, and she probably won’t. Then they refund your whole order amount. Worked for a couple of us, at least.
