I just wanted to say that my trip to Derby Steel was very nice and we enjoyed the visit + learned a few things about my Derby PSG. Charlie and his wife were great host and we were treated as IF I was an important steel player. It is no doubt that Derby Steel (Charlie) provides service after the sell. Hell, my Derby PSG was built around 1995 or so Charlie told me, so yea, there is service after the sell, way after! Anyone thinking about a PSG, novice or expert, consider going to visit Derby before buying any PSG.

Charlie remembered my Green Derby and said it was 'still' like new (built around 1995).

Thanks to Charlie and Derby Pedal Steel guitars.

take care,

Billy
