Not sure, but I think that is Rudy Wairata.

I think he and George de Fretes are both of Indonesian heritage and recorded mostly in the Netherlands. Both of them knockouts.

Anyone know if those triplets are alternating thumb-finger or flat pick?
It would be fairly easy with a plectrum, really difficult with thumb and finger.
