It occurred to me that some of the other online music forums do a "song of the month" in which interested players submit tab, mp3 files, or whatever of a particular song.
By doing this, everyone gets to hear several different versions of the same song, with different syles, licks, techniques, tunings, etc.
I propose that we start something like this. I'll even host the web space if anyone has files to upload.
Anyone interested? Got a suggestion for the first song?

Hi Gary
I like the idea, being a newby, and in the UK,I will get to hear players who are better than I am,which would be a good way to learn.
Don't have much opportunity to hear Steel here.
You never know,I may be good enough to post something myself one day.
Go for it.
