So happy I just had to post... and I am so stupid!

I have a delightful BMI that I acquired from Jerry Roller, and it has been a blessing for almost 2 years. I discovered a tuner had gone on the fritz and decided to replace it. For a year or so nothing seemed to pan out. Saw one on eBay but it was the wrong measurement - I needed a 1" post length and the longest I could find - anywhere - was 0.875.

So finally I had a 'duh' moment and decided to call Sperzel and ask if they had any idea where I could find these discontinued tuners. I described my year-long plight to Roger, and he said,

"How many do you need and in what color?"

Now, a week or so later, I have ten new tuners on my BMI at a total cost of $83.00.

Like I said --- 'Duh'....

That's great! Good to know they're still made.
