I searched and can't find any info on Payne PSGs with the exception of one post here where a member was looking for parts. Does anyone have any history on them? Appreciate any and all info!

I know this probably won’t be much help but Bill Payne, of Lakeland, Fl built steels in the 80’s & 90’s. Unfortunately he passed away in the 90’s I think. I bought a used MSA Semi-Classic from him. But I knew nothing about him or his history.
