This is excellent. An excellent example of yet another genre our instrument is capable of producing. And you played it just masterfully. If some only knew how complicated and intricate this music is. Well Done to both of you.  |

| It's pure highly talented art. I'm a hillbilly but I can see that. If your work was exposed to some prominent Hollywood movie producers you could make some serious money doing movie soundtracks. Very unique and not the same old tired soundtracks that normally come with movies. You would probably have to score it with the scenes rather than improv. A songwriting friend of mine, Will Jennings has made over 30 million dollars last count at BMI just for writing the lyrics to one song used in the movie Titanic, My Heart Will Go On. That will make you want to sharpen your pencil! Great Susan and friend! |

Maybe it's because I'm also a trombone player that it has never occurred to me to blow a steel guitar! 
I'm ashamed of my narrow thinking.
I don't find improvised music easy to listen to as I'm more interested in trying to compose, but everything Susan does is of a high order, and I soon got absorbed.

| Susan, I have to admire you for going out of the norm for pedal steel. A couple of the videos are lengthy which requires constant attention. May not be my cup of tea as they say but you do very well at what you are playing. Maybe one day you will post us a country or jazz video. I bet you can play it as well. |

I love this.
Part of why it took me so long to really get into steel was not hearing enough examples of the instrument used outside of country music. I'm learning to love and appreciate great country music, but this speaks to me.
