GFI -- Excellent service!

I picked up a used GFI Ultra D10 in Dec. and was struggling with some setup and parts issues... Bob at GFI went above and beyond to help; he patiently answered my rambling newbie emails, and promptly shipped everything I needed to get to the guitar back to "factory" shape - or at least very close!

GFI's reputation is already well documented, but I couldn't let the great service go unsung. Thanks again, Bob!
