My Profex 2 was working fine and has the batteryless mod and then all of a sudden when turned on DSP Interface error comes up and all presets are gone. I done a factory reset and loaded my setting back in and it worked fine till I turned it off and when powered back up everything is lost again and Interface error resetting system comes back up. Sure would like to get it back up and running again. Thanks for any help you can give me. _________________ Bob Myers Pedalmaster Classic 8 & 7 Profex2 Peavey M7000 Power Amp 2 15in speakers Nashville 400 Digitech RP 100 67 Fender Duo-sonic 69 Fender Mustang |

Robert..My Profex II exhibited the very same symptoms! I was able to reboot mine (which became necessary each time I powered it up) but could not recover the presets and ended up using the factory installed setting for pedal steel (which was actually very good and close to the 'Hughey I' setting in the Newman presets that I had been using). Shipped my unit to the Peavey repair shop over six weeks ago and to date, have heard nothing back as to cause of problem or cost to repair..Hope that the Pedalmaster is still serving you well, that was one that I should have kept. |

David thanks for the reply. I guess I'm lucky I have my settings saved on a card but it is still a pain to have to reset it every time. Yes that Pedalmaster is doing a great job. Thats the best deal I've ever made _________________ Bob Myers Pedalmaster Classic 8 & 7 Profex2 Peavey M7000 Power Amp 2 15in speakers Nashville 400 Digitech RP 100 67 Fender Duo-sonic 69 Fender Mustang |

Have you called Peavey to check on it. That's not like them. Talk to Mike Brown. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
