I got my Emmons back from having Billy Knowles going over it and doing what it needed and he did a beautiful job on it, I couldn't be happier with it. It plays so much better, sounds great and looks like a brand new one. Billy went way above what I expected, He did things on it that I would have never even thought to ask for, He also sent me a photo every couple of days as he was working on it and I thought that was very thoughtful of him. He is a master on steel guitars...Thank You again Billy, You did an excellent job on my Emmons and if ever hear of anyone needing a steel repaired or set up you will definitely be the one that I will recommend to them.

I agree with you 110%...I have only dealt with Billy Knowles but I don't see how it could look, play or sound any better...If I had to do it all over again I would hope that it would be Billy Knowles that was working on my steel.
