This, I hope, is for someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune and the find out that they really didn't want to play pedal guitar. The guitar is a S-10 w/pad, 3 and 2 with E's on left. Emmons setup. Don't look for a name plate for I build these guitars as a hobby. The amp is a Fender Steel King in a piggy-back configuration w/ SICA 15" speaker. $1250.00 plus shipping

Sam, I like your classic knee levers. I have made similar ones and I believe they're worth the effort. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Jon, I had an old broken ShoBud lever I used as a pattern. Just seemed the thing to do. Don't suppose they make the guitar sound any better but I like 'em. _________________ SL D-10, SL U-12,SL SD-10, Custom Tele w/B bender, Steel King, TC300 Effects, Goodrich H-10K pedal, Fender V/T Pedal, Hilton Pedal Elite seat. |

My sentiment exactly, and that's what I copied mine from too. Here's a pic of an old Sho-Bud copy I used to own. It had just one lever so I made three more.
Here's my homemade uni 12 under construction with more of the same.
Yours looks like a great rig for a beginner. I don't use my homebuild any more - that picture was from 5 years ago. Maybe I should let it go to someone over here who wants to try a uni without spending a fortune. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Unless you've changed your mind completely, I'd leave it up. New members appear regularly, but not every day! _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Steven, I guess you are right. I was never a good fisherman. Sitting in a boat for hours, watching a cork, without a nibble, was never was never appealing to me.
However, I'll bow to minds much sharper than mine, like yours and Iam's. and leave it up for a while longer. |

Might want to change the title to something more pointed and keep the ad up.
It ends up in the major browser search lists from this forum.
Never know who might find the ad and buy your item.

Bob, thanks. the steel is not in the same class as a Mullen, Zum, MSA, or any of the very fine guitars on the market but it will get the job done.
And to Godfrey, thanks, my friend, I believe you. |
